Cancelation Policy

I understand that the Hanover Swim Club may have to cancel practices from time to time due to pool closures, inclement weather, unavailable coaches, swim meets, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Further, I understand that the Hanover Swim Club is not obligated to reschedule or make up these practices and that refunds will not be provided.

Refund Policy

The Hanover Swim Club has a Refund Policy that details when refunds may be issued and important dates related to refunds.  Please read the club's Registration Refund Policy.
