Parent Group Managers (New for 2025–26)
Help build a strong, supportive team culture this season! We’re recruiting Parent Group Managers for each swim group and welcoming helpers across a few key areas.
Goal: strengthen day‑to‑day communication, build community, and take a bit of load off our coaches.
What you’ll do
Coordinate a WhatsApp group for your swim group (coaches will also post here).
Share timely updates from coaches and the board with families.
Organize team‑building moments through the season (e.g., group dinners at meets; occasional non‑swim activities like bowling or a movie).
(Optional) Look into group hotel options, but please note: Parent Group Managers are not responsible for booking hotel rooms for the team or families.
Perks & points
Receive all 20 volunteer points for the season.
No officiating requirement when serving as a Group Manager.

We are looking for officials and volunteers to help at the Water & Wellness Invitational 2026 on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Thank you for helping us make this meet run smoothly.

One-session timed finals
5-lane pool
Warm-up 1 (12 & Under): 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Warm-up 2: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Session starts: 9:30 AM
Estimated finish: approximately 2:00 PM
