All Hanover Swim Club members are expected to follow the appropriate Codes of Conduct:


📢 Complaints, Discipline & Appeals

As part of Swim Ontario's commitment to Safe Sport, all formal complaints related to:

  • Bullying

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Abuse

  • Code of Conduct violations
    ...must now be submitted directly through Abuse-Free Sport and the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner (OSIC).

🚨 Hanover Swim Club no longer handles formal complaints internally.

If you have general questions or non-code of conduct concerns, you may still contact:

  • The club president for operational issues (fees, scheduling, etc.)

  • Your swimmer’s lead coach or the head coach for coaching-related questions

  • Our parent representative if you prefer to speak with someone outside of the coaching team
