Meet Format:

• 13 & Over: Preliminaries and A-Finals

• Timed Finals for select 200m, all 400m and 800m events

• 12 & Under: All events are Timed Finals

• Qualifying time standards apply for some events (please consult your coach)

• Maximum 3 events per swimmer

• No relays offered

• No deck entries permitted

Fees:

• $15 – Sprint & Mid-Distance Events (200m or less)

• $20 – Distance Events (400m and longer)

• $5 – Swimmer Fee (one-time)

Friday, May 9

• Session 1 – 13 & Over Prelims

  • Warm-Up: 6:30 AM | Start: 8:00 AM

• Session 2 – 12 & Under Timed Finals (if attending)

  • Warm-Up: 12:30 PM | Start: 1:30 PM

• Session 3 – 13 & Over Finals

  • Warm-Up: 6:00 PM | Start: 6:50 PM

Saturday, May 10

• Session 4 – 13 & Over Prelims

  • Warm-Up: 6:30 AM | Start: 8:00 AM

• Session 5 – 12 & Under Timed Finals (if attending)

  • Warm-Up: 12:30 PM | Start: 1:30 PM

• Session 6 – 13 & Over Finals

• Ribbons for 4th–10th

• Awards separated by age group and gender:

  • 10&U, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16&O

  • 200 Fly: 13–14 and 15&O categories

Additional Notes:

• 800m Freestyle: Positive check-in required 30 minutes prior to session start

• Finals Scratch Rule: Missed finals = $50 fine (applies to finalists and alternates)
