This is a provincial-level championship meet for swimmers who have achieved a minimum of two Ontario Swimming Championships qualifying times. It’s a season-end opportunity to compete among the top swimmers in the province and to prepare for future high-performance competitions.
Who Can Attend:
Swimmers who have achieved at least two individual Ontario Swimming Championships time standards.
Meet Format:

13 & Under / 14 & Under: Heats & Finals

12 & Under: Timed Finals only

Open Age Group (15+): Heats & Finals

Para: Level 2 and above, Open Age Group
Sessions:
-
12 & Under: 3 sessions (Timed Finals)

14 & Under: 8 sessions

Open: 10 sessions
Special Note for 12 & Under Swimmers:
Swimmers aged 12 & under who have achieved 13 & Under qualifying times have two options for participation:

Compete in the 12 & Under Timed Final sessions,
or -
Compete in the 13 & Under Heats & Finals sessions.
They must choose one format and cannot participate in both during the meet.
To compete in the Heats & Finals sessions, 12 & Under swimmers must have at least two 13 & Under qualifying times. This policy ensures that swimmers are competing at the level most appropriate for their development and performance.
Qualification Window:
All qualifying times must be achieved within 18 months prior to the entry deadline (approximately June 23, 2025).
